- The principles and types of simple and compound machines
- Inventions which use the principles of simple machines.
- The application of simple machines in our lives
Activities done this week:
Students wrote their FA1 on any two simple machines and its principle.
Students saw different inventions pictures and identified the principle used of simple
machine and paste the picture and write the principle of simple machine.
Students learnt about different types of lever and its uses.
Students enhanced their knowledge and wrote question and answers on inventions and
various inventors.

- Identification of Types of Angles was made to practice.

Grammar: Students continued to learn about the simple present and past tense.
Writing: Student learnt the format to write informal letter.
Students continued to practise letter writing.
Reading: Students read the novel Charlotte’s Web chapter 3 and find out the
verbs from the read paragraphs.
Speaking: Students speak about their favourite place in JAM session.
Upcoming activities/ HW: Write a letter to your friend who stays in the USA informing
her about the annual day held last week.
