Activities done this week: The learner profile which was focussed this week was

”principled” and knowledgeable.

Upcoming activities / HW: Learner profile “Knowledgeable” will be continued.

Subject: EVS

Activities done this week: 1. Topic “fruits” were recapitulated to the students

through flash cards, images on tv and fruit toys.

2. Students learnt about different fruits and seeds they have.

3. Students played with fruit puzzles, flash cards and toys.

This helped students develop cognitive, sensory, fine motor, gross motor and

social skills.

Subject: Math

Activities done this week: 1. Recapitulation of numbers was done.

2.Recapitulation of pre mathematical concepts was done ( few and many).

This helped students develop pre math skills, cognitive skills and listening,

speaking skills.

Upcoming activities/ HW: Worksheet given

Subject: English

Activities done this week: 1.Karadi path session 7 was held. ( The rhymes and

stories for the sessions which were done in the class can be found in the

given karadi path cds).

This helped students develop vocabulary, listening, communicating skills

and motor skills.

2. Recapitulation of strokes.

4. Students watched and recited many rhymes. And “ABCD” song with

phonics was recited.

Subject: P.E-

Activities done this week: 1. Students did balancing on a rope.

This helped students develop social skills, locomotor skills and gross

motor skills.

Activities done this week: Students went on a  visit to PLABO amusement

center and explore themselves to various community helpers role like police

man, fire fighter, milkman, doctor engineer, chef, cashier, etc.  and also had

many fun activities.

Activities done this week: Recapitulation of letter “Aa - LI ” was done with related objects. Introduction of letter Mm was done with  and writing practice was done in firefly notebook.

Subject: Maths

Activities done this week: Introduction of place value from 10-50 was done followed with hands on activities.Recapitulation of number 1-10 was done.

Activities done this week: Students did passing from hurdles which helps the students to develop their gross motor skills.

Activities done this week:

The learner profile which was followed this week was Inquirers.

They developed their natural curiosity, and acquired the skills

necessary to conduct inquiry and research to show independence

in learning. They actively enjoyed learning and this love of learning

will be sustained throughout their lives.

Students will continue to be Inquirer this week. They will develop

their natural curiosity, and acquire the skills necessary to conduct

Tuning In

• Students watched a video on seven habits of an effective leader

            and this was followed by a class discussion.

• Student working folder work was completed.
• Assessments were discussed.
• Students watched videos on types of government.

Activities done this week:

• Students were made to prepare a 3D bar graph.
• Introduction to Test of Divisibility was given.
• Test of Divisibility of 2,5 and 10 were made to practiced.

• Holiday H.W sheet given to the students.
• Make the students do the assignment given to them through Khan Academy.
• Prepare the students with multiplication tables from 2- 12 by asking randomly.
• Make sure that the students spend at least 1 hour/day  by doing the H.W given.

Speaking: Various activities were done to strengthen

speaking skills in students. Students discussed various

qualities of a good leader and how they must be used.

Reading: Students did Author study on ‘Roald Dahl’.

Writing: students watched a video on ‘the power of words’

and made a journal entry. They reflected on their Asset test

and wrote about their experience.
