Title-Senses

Central Idea: We use our senses to know about ourselves and our environment.

• How we can take care of our senses.

Activities done this week: Students learned to be courageous by playing the game Frog and the
Allegator. They developed eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills by doing fingerprinting.

They discovered their talents and gained confidence by playing the game cat in the hat.

Subject: Math

Activities done this week: The students did a recap of numbers through team building activity and I
identified colours with the help of beads and crayons. They developed their fine motor skills by doing the paper tearing activity. They developed their gross motor skills by playing the game of hopscotch with numbers. The student's concentration skills were enhanced by playing the game blindfold.

Upcoming activities/ HW

Subject: English

Activities done this week: Students introduced themselves and got to know their new teacher and new friends through name game activity. Their listening skills were developed by reading the story aloud. By doing colouring in worksheets and clay moulding activity their fine motor skills were developed. The students eye-hand coordination and identification skills were developed by shadow tracing activity.
