Activities done this week:
The learner profile focus for this week was Reflective. Reflective people give thoughtful consideration to their own learning and personal development. They are able to analyze their strengths and weaknesses in a constructive manner.
Upcoming activities / HW:
The learner profile which will be followed next week will be Inquirer students will develop their natural curiosity. They will acquire the skills necessary to conduct inquiry and research to show independence in learning. They actively enjoy learning and this love of learning will be sustained throughout their lives.

Activities done this week:
TRANSDISCIPLINARY THEME - Where we are in place and time.
Central idea: Human migration is a response to challenges, risks and opportunities.
Lines of inquiry:
- The reasons why people migrate
- Migration throughout history
- Effects of migration on communities, cultures and individual.
Finding Out
- Students wrote definitions of vocabulary related to migration.
- Students watched a video of why people migrate and identified pull and push factors of migration.
- Students made a T- chart of push and pull factors of migration.
- PMI activity was done. Students wrote Positive, Negative, and Interesting points of migration
- Students did SWOT analysis of people migrating from India to overseas.
- Formative assessment on LOI-1 was conducted.

From the given worksheet read Anna Gomez story and answer the following questions
Subject: Math
Activities done this week: An introduction to rounding of numbers was done. The students were able to do the problems in rounding of numbers to nearest 10’s , 100’s , 1000’s and higher order questions. An activity related to Place Value was practised.

Grammar
Punctuation was continued.
Speaking
Various speaking activities was done.
- Students did phone conversation activity.
- Students were divided into groups and they had to sell a product to enhance their speaking skills in a fun way.
Writing
- Journal writing was done on the topic “ Write two adjectives which describe yourself and explain them.”
- Students selected adjectives for themselves and wrote a poem on “I AM’.
Listening
Teacher read aloud a story “What Do You Do With an Idea”
