Students who are Balanced are healthy and aware of healthy eating .

Activities done this week: Students learned about how to be healthy & fit
by following Healthy habits .& watched the videos on healthy habits.
Students were taken to celebrity gym & health museum in connection to the unit.
There they learnt about how to engage in different activities in order to be Fit & Healthy.
