Activities done this week: The learner profile attribute which was focussed
this week was knowledgeable.
o Encourage areas of your child’s interest by visiting the library to borrow
books that explore these topics.

Title: Patterns
Central idea: Patterns help us to make sense of things in our everyday lives.

Lines of inquiry:
- patterns in the environment
- How patterns in nature affect our daily life
- patterns in mathematics
Activities done this week:
Students watched videos on unique patterns in environment, read Kids
National geographic magazines, went for nature walk in the surrounding
area to find patterns in the environment, made a book by drawing different patterns,demonstrated their understanding in FA 1 by making a collage, did
a role play of earth and sun to find out outday and night concept.
Upcoming activities/ HW:
Paste the pictures related to seasons on a paper plate.
Make a sun and earth on a paper plate and show the day and night.
Subject: Math
Activities done this week: Students were introduced to fractions, depicted
fractions through shading and through with clay, practised multiplication.
Upcoming activities/ HW: Carry out the activities in the worksheet given,
assessment in table of 2 on Monday.

Activities done this week:
Viewing & Presenting: .
Listening & Speaking: Students listened to the story hungry caterpillar
in the read aloud sessions.
Reading: Read self selected stories in magic pot and story books.
Writing: Students wrote poems and understood poems like everybody has
a name, I like.
Upcoming activities/ HW: Read the given poem and answer the questions.

Activities done this week: دو,تین اور چار حرفی الفاظ کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے جملے بنائے گئے
اور انہیں پڑھتے ہوئے لکھا گیا۔
طلبہ نے کلاس میں موجود اشیاء کا مشاہدہ کیا اور ان اشیاء کے نام کو بتایا اور ان الفاظ کی مدد سے طلبہ نے چند جملے بنائے۔
