to develop communication skills.

to reflect on various advertisements to identify the biased news.

Topic: Media

● How media affects our opinion & thinking

● Stereotypes, gender bias

Activities done this week:

Students learnt about the advantages and disadvantages of print media.

Students learnt about debate. Also they participate in debate about the “use of internet”

Students wrote notes on positive and negative impact of using internet.

Student learnt the impact of electronic media in Education.

• Division by grouping method was made to practice
• Division by top and bottom method was introduced

Students learnt to use Capital letters.

Students learnt to make descriptive sentences with five senses using graphic organizer.

Writing:

Students wrote the exercises on using Capital letters.

Students wrote the descriptive words to be used while writing descriptive sentences.

Viewing:

Students viewed the powerpoint presentation on explanation of descriptive sentences.
