Activities done this week: Students were able to infer the use
of different artifacts used in celebration through
STW(see things and wonder) activity. Students were able to brainstorm
and conduct an inquiry on a chosen artifact and they
note down in a notebook. Students were cut and paste
the pictures of the celebration on chart paper. students were involved
in shared reading about on different celebrations and discuss them in groups.
Students watched videos about celebrations and draw their favourite celebration.
Students watched videos of international festivals and draw their understanding.
students were familiar with international festivals.
Upcoming activities/ HW: Google and inquire about the 2 given
festivals in the notebook (link of videos given for help)
Subject: Math
Activities done this week: Students done pre-assessment of days of the week.
Students were used the old calendar to identify the date, days
and months. students were able to reflect on their knowledge
about the calendar and they completed given pages
in firefly workbook. Students were completed given caterpillar
outline to write 7 days of the week. Students were able to sort out
and arranged months in a year on ice cream sticks in sequence.

Activities done this week: Students were able to retrieve sight words in spell drill.
students wrote the sight words what they learned in spell drill.
Students were able to create sentences using
'this and that' to point to artifacts placed in the classroom
and write sentences in a notebook. students made sentences using “and”
to make phrases. students were able to execute spoken and
action commands, participate in an activity in KP session 14 and 15.
