Activities done this week: The learner profile attribute concentrated upon this week was “open-minded” as students learned about different national, religious and international festivals.

Activities done this week:

• Students inferred the use of different artifacts used in celebration through STW(see think and wonder) activity.
• Inquiry on celebrations was done in newspapers and students identified various sports and political celebrations.
• shared reading on different celebrations was done and discussed in groups.
• They watched videos of different Indian celebrations and drew their favorite celebrations
• They also watched top 10 celebrations in the world
• Students were divided into groups and given 2 festivals each to inquire.

Subject: Math

Activities done this week:

• pre-assessment on days of the week and months in the year.
• students were given cutouts of a calendar to analyze the relationship between date and day and read the calendar.
• firefly workbook calendar practice done (pg 125-130)
• students arranged months in a year on ice cream sticks in sequence and completed given caterpillar outline to write 7 days of the week.

Activities done this week:  

• Students created sentences using 'this and that' to point to artifacts placed in the classroom.
• spell drill of sight words was done.
• Students made sentences using “and”
• Using given sight words, nouns and adjectives students wrote sentences
• Karadipath: students followed power reader and powerful story to learn new sight words, sentences and read the story “The blue jackal” from session learned learnt Spoken Commands, Action commands review and Directed commands from power action and learnt new rhyme “Eid is here” from power music of session 17.

Activities done this week:  مرکب حروف تہجی( بھ۔ ۔ پھ ۔ تھ ۔ ٹھ ۔ جھ ۔ چھ ۔ دھ ۔ ,

ڈھ ۔ ڑھ ۔ کھ ۔ گھ ۔ لھ ۔ مھ ۔ نھ), ان سے آنے والی تصاویر کا تعارف کروایا گیا

مثلا: بھ سے بھالو پھ سے پھول وغیرہ اور مرکب حروف تہجی کو پڑھتے ہوئے لکھا گیا۔
