Activities done this week:
IB Learner Profile Open-minded was focused. Students learnt to be Open-minded and to learn new qualities from different personalities.
Upcoming activities / HW:
IB Learner Profile Inquirer would be focused. Students will learn to be Inquirers to learn new qualities and emulate it from different personalities.

Lines of inquiry:

• How and why role models are chosen
• Influence of role models on our choices and actions
Activities done this week:
- Students recapitulated their learnings about IB key concepts and Transdisciplinary skills. They will watch a video and play a game to gain deeper understanding about concepts and skills.
- Students were introduced to their new topic role models. They understand the meaning of a role model and write in notebook.
- Students prompt questions related to the topic on sticky and paste it on the question wall. They drew themselves and write IB learner profile and explain the reason why they chose that learner profile for themselve.
- Students were given three famous personalities pictures. They identified the name of a personality and elicit the name of the topic through see-think-wonder and connect activity.
- Students watched a video about mad (a handicap boy). They prompt questions and discuss with peers through Think- pair - share activity.

Activities done this week:The students practised place value of 5 digits using play card activity in the class. They learned to write number name in Indian and International system, comparing numbers, biggest and smallest numbers.

Activities done this week:
Grammar: Pre-assessment was taken in reading.
Students were introducing to nouns. They showed their understanding about noun by giving examples. They wrote nouns in alphabetical order from A-z using the dictionary.
Writing: Pre- assessment was take in writing.
Students wrote a paragraph in Journal writing book on the topic “ What qualities you possess to make you a Role Model”.
Speaking: Students speak about themselves in circle time. They define themselves using one sentence.
