Subject: Learner Profile            

Activities done this week: The learner profile which was focussed this week was”Reflective”.

The students reflected on what they learnt. The spoke about the importance of vegetables.

Upcoming activities / HW:

Subject: EVS

Activities done this week: 1.Students learnt about flowers, its colours through picture book

and images on tv.

2. Students watched rhymes on flowers.

These activities helped the students to develop personal, cognitive and communication skills.

Upcoming activities/ HW:  

Subject: Math

Activities done this week: 1. Students enjoyed oral counting of numbers 1-10 by using different

sound modules and hand gestures along with the actions.

2. Students recapitulated  the values of numbers 1-4.

3. Students learnt the value of number 5 through seeds and objects.

This helped students develop early math skills, spatial awareness of pre mathematical concepts

and gross motor skills.

Subject: English

Activities done this week: 1.Students recited the “ABCD” song using sound modules and actions.

2. Students recapitulated the strokes through hand gestures.

3. Students enjoyed the rhymes session.

4. Students learnt the letters “Ee and Ff” with their related objects and they did tracing in tarjani book.

This helped the students develop early reading, social, language, cognitive and communication skills.

Activities done this week: Students did colouring in picture of vegetables.

Activities done this week:

1. Students recited and watched videos/rhymes on flowers.

2.They watched hindi rhymes.

This helped students develop language and communication skills.

Subject: P.E-

Activities done this week: 1. Students did exercises through rhymes.

2. They enjoyed playing with beads and blocks and they had a free play.

3. They enjoyed playing with balls.

This helped students develop fine motor and gross motor and physical gross motors skills.

Events: Medical checkup was conducted for children. The prescriptions has been sent.

Dear parents,

Plz send back the folders that was sent earlier for decoration by monday i.e;1st  oct 2018.

If you want to purchase the books from scholastic you can send the money by monday as we are

considering it as last day to place the order. The amount will not be deducted from the imprest you have to

pay the amount and plz send the pamphlet along with money and circle or tick the book you want to

purchase.
