Activities done this week:IB Learner Attribute communicator was focused to

develop communication skills.

Upcoming activities / HW: IB Learner Attribute reflection would be focused

to reflect on various advertisements to identify the biased news.

Subject: Unit Of Inquiry

Topic: Media

Lines of Inquiry:

● Different forms of media

● The purpose of media

● How media affects our opinion & thinking

● Stereotypes, gender bias

Activities done this week:

Students did the presentation about their group work on the different forms of media.
Students watched a slideshare about the print media. They learnt
1. What is print media?
2. Who invented print media?
3. Advantages and disadvantages of print media.
Students wrote brief notes about the print media.
Students learnt about the social media.
Students did portfolio and working folder work.

Subject: Math

Activities done this week:

• The students were able to multiply 3 digit by 2 digit number using the steps.
• Multiplication problems was made to practice.
• An introduction to Division was given.

Upcoming activities/ HW:

• Division of objects H.W given in C.W
• Make sure to learn the multiplication tables from 2-10  perfectly.

Subject: English

Grammar:

Students learnt about the difference between definite and indefinite articles.
Writing:
Students learnt to comprehend the passage. They observed the given picture and write the passage in their own words.
Students wrote an acrostic poem about the media.
Reading:
Students read task cards. They find the articles from the sentences.
Listening and Speaking:
Students listen and read aloud the comprehension.
