Activities done this week: students prepared greeting cards for their favorite family member/ friend and understood the difference between greeting card and invitation card. Students filled in the KWL sheet (What they already Know about the topic, What they Want to know about the topic and towards the end of unit they will complete the L column about what new they Learned about the topic)

Upcoming activities/ HW: bring an artifact related to the celebration.

Subject: Math

Activities done this week: Ordinal numbers were introduced through games (musical chair/race) and practiced this week in firefly workbook and notebook. Students wrote number names 31 - 40 in their notebooks.

Upcoming activities/ HW: Complete the given worksheet on ordinal numbers and number names

Subject: English

Activities done this week: students learned the use of “this” and “that” and answered questions on the same in their notebooks. They also described given images of objects using appropriate adjectives and made sentences using those adjectives. In Karadipath - students read sight words related to the story “The blue jackal” followed by conversation practice and they learned the song “Oh Lord, Oh master we salute you” in the sessions 14 and 15 respectively.

Upcoming activities/ HW: Make only 5 sentences using “this” and “that”.
