Activities done this week: Learner profile attribute focussed upon this week was
“balanced” and “caring”
Upcoming activities / HW: Students will focussing on their personal abilities and interests
and hence will practice “reflective” attribute of learner profile.
Subject: Unit Of Inquiry
Activities done this week: Central idea: Awareness of our characteristics, abilities,
and interests inform our learning and development.
Line of inquiry: ·
- Physical, social and emotional characteristics ( form)
- Similarities and differences between ourselves and others (reflection)
- Personal abilities and interests(perspective)
- students discussed and found out the similarities and differences between themselves and their friends and completed the Venn diagram.
- children brought their favourite objects and explained (What, When, Where, Why, How) in JAM (just a minute) activity
- watched videos of people around the world and discussed the similarities and differences between features of people and drew them on paper.
- Students watched videos to understand what makes people different.

students measured
- their height using the non-standard unit (ribbon)
- the whiteboard and window with the non-standard unit (cubit)
- their foot span using clips and matchsticks
Children wrote the definition of each nonstandard unit of measurement in their notebooks (cubit, handspan and foot span).
Upcoming activities/ HW: Measure different household furniture using handspan and complete the homework given in notebook

- students wrote a noun with every letter of the alphabet
- learned new action, spoken commands, participate in the activity of KP session 3
- spell drill of sight words was done
- singular and plural nouns (ending with “s”) done with the help of objects
- definition of singular and plural done in the notebook
Upcoming activities/ HW: Complete the homework worksheet sent about nouns. Find out a few plurals ending with “es”.

Activities done this week: حروف تہجی کو اعراب پیش کے ساتھ پڑھا گااور نقطے والے اور بنا نقطے والے حروف کو الگ الگ کر کے لکھا گا۔۔
