Subject: Learner Profile            

Activities done this week: The learner profile which was focused this week was”Inquirer”.

The students inquired about seasons.

Upcoming activities / HW:

Subject: EVS

Activities done this week: This week we started our new topic “Seasons”. Students were

asked several questions regarding seasons. They were given hint so that they could identify

on which topic

we were speaking.

2. “Winter season was introduced to them. Questions related to this season were asked.

These activities helped the students develop cognitive and communication and

self awareness skills.

Upcoming activities/ HW:  

Subject: Math

Activities done this week: 1. Numbers with their values were recapitulated..

2. Value of number “6 & 7” were introduced.

This helped students develop early math skills, spatial awareness and gross motor skills.

Upcoming activities/ HW: Worksheet given.

Subject: English

Activities done this week: 1.Students recited the “ABCD” song using sound modules and actions.

2. Students recapitulated the strokes through hand gestures.

3. Students enjoyed the rhymes sessions and karadi sessions.

4. Students learnt the letters “Ii and Jj” with their related objects and they

did tracing in tarjani book.

5. Students did scribbling and were asked to draw any thing of their choice

for development of fine motor skills.

This helped the students develop early reading, social, language, cognitive,

fine motor skills and communication skills.

Subject: Art

Activities done this week: Students did paper tearing and pasting activity

to make a flower.

Subject: Music

Activities done this week:

1. Students recited various hindi and english rhymes.

2. Students did practice for annual day.

This helped students develop language and communication skills.

Upcoming activities/ HW:

Subject: P.E-

Activities done this week: 1. Students did exercises through a rhyme “Walrus action song”.

2. They enjoyed playing with beads and blocks and they had a free play.

3. Students enjoyed “passing through the hoola hoop” game.

This helped students develop fine motor and gross motor and physical gross motors skills.

Upcoming activities/ HW:

Note: 1.Practice for annual day have been started. And the timings for nursery have been extended till 3:30pm. Plz note the timings for dropping and pick up of your child

i.e; 1:00pm to 3:30pm. You are requested to inform the auto fellows or to the one who is

responsible for picking up your child from school.

2. Please return back the portfolios that were given for decoration. If already returned

 plz ignore.
