Subject: Learner Profile            

Activities done this week: The learner profile which was focussed this week was”knowledgeable”  

as the students learnt about different vegetables and its importance.

Upcoming activities / HW: Learner profile “knowledgeable”will be carried further.

Subject: EVS

Activities done this week: 1.Students enjoyed learning about different vegetables and its importance
through
flash cards and toys.

2. They watched hindi and english rhymes on vegetables.

3. Students enjoyed sorting the puzzles.

4.Students enjoyed making and eating vegetable sandwiches to influence the importance of vegetables.

These activities helped the students to develop personal, social, cognitive and communication skills.

Upcoming activities/ HW:  Help your child do the worksheet given.

Subject: Math

Activities done this week: 1. Students enjoyed oral counting of numbers 1-10 by using different
sound modules and hand gestures along with the actions.

2. The pre mathematical concepts were recapitulated.

3. Students learnt the values of numbers 1 & 2.

This helped students develop early math skills, spatial awareness of pre mathematical
concepts and gross motor skills.

Upcoming activities/ HW:

Subject: English

Activities done this week: 1.Students recited the “ABCD” song using sound modules and actions.

2. Students recapitulated the strokes through hand gestures.

3. Students enjoyed the rhymes session.

4. Students learnt the letters “Aa and Bb” with their related objects.
5. Students drew the strokes in sand tray.

This helped the students develop early reading, social, language, cognitive, fine motor and
communication skills.

Upcoming activities/ HW: Worksheet given. 1. Identify the stroke, trace it and colour the picture.
2. Identify the letter, its objects and color them.

Subject: Art

Activities done this week: 1.Students enjoyed making watermelon with paper plates.

2. Students enjoyed doing vegetable printing in their scrap books.
These activities helped students develop fine motor skills.

Subject: Music

Activities done this week:1 Students thoroughly enjoyed new rhymes along with the old ones.

2.They also learnt a new action rhymes “bhaloo pakadne jayenge, raaste me kya dekha,
ek bada sa jungle, kaise jayenge…….

3. Students recited and watched the rhymes of vegetables.

This helped students develop language and communication skills.

Activities done this week: 1. Students did exercises through rhymes.

2. They enjoyed playing with beads and blocks and they had a free play.

3. Students enjoyed flipping the mat with their hands.

This helped students develop fine motor, gross motor and physical gross motors skills.
