Activities done this week:IB Learner Attribute communicator was focused to develop communication skills.
Upcoming activities / HW: IB Learner Attribute reflection would be focused to reflect on various advertisements to identify the biased news.

Topic: Media
Lines of Inquiry:

● The purpose of media
● How media affects our opinion & thinking
● Stereotypes, gender bias
Activities done this week:
- Students were introduced to the new topic "Media". They made their own central idea using the lines of inquiry.
- Students discussed about the meaning of media and its importance. They prompted questions related to their topic by using sticky notes.
- Students were tune in to the topic using the statements and arranged them in more true or false. Students identified the statements and engaged themselves to sorted out.
- Students wrote the general notes on the following questions: 1. What is media?
2. What is the purpose of media? 3. Types of media. 4. What media do to influence us? What techniques they will use? Students were able to explain and write about the media.
- Students wrote the definition about the print media, social media and digital media with examples. They sorted out the given images and pasted on a chart paper.Students were able to identify the types of media images and sorted out.
Upcoming activities/ HW: Inquire about the types of media and get various pictures related to it.

Grammar:
- Students were introduced to "Articles". They learnt the definite and indefinite articles and their uses.They completed the sentences using articles for the passage.
Writing:
- Students learnt about paragraph writing its uses and the parts of a paragraph.
- Students wrote vocabulary words for the topic media.
Listening and Speaking:
- Students listen and read the passage and comprehend it.

- Complete the given task sheet.
- Refer the given link to play online game on the articles.

Activities done this week:
- Students were able to multiply 3 digit no. by 1 digit.
- Multiplication Key words were given.
- Introduction to multiplication of 2 digit by 2 digit was practiced using Box method , Lattice method and traditional method using a ‘“Y” strategy
Upcoming activities/ HW:
- Multiplication of 2 digit by 2 digit.
- Make sure that students are perfect in the tables failing which the child will not be allowed to attend the PE class.
- H.W given in Abacus book.
