Subject: Learner Profile            

Activities done this week: Students showed interest and their understanding on the learner profile “Thinker”.

Upcoming activities / HW:Learner profile “inquirer” will be carried forward.

Subject: Unit Of Inquiry

Activities done this week: FA2 was conducted on LOI - 2: Imaginative use of materials.

Introduction of LOI - 3: Role play of toys through their favourite toys they bring and ask them to show and tell.

Upcoming activities/ HW: Students has to show and tell about their favourite toys and share their stories.

Subject: Math

Activities done this week: Number “5” was introduced to the students through different objects & flash cards.

Students did counting of numbers from 1-10 with links.

Upcoming activities/ HW:  Introduction of number. Page number  ---------- in Math-A firefly notebook.

Subject: English

Activities done this week: Introduction of letter “Ee”  was done through letter formation on floor and tracing fingers on sand tray. Recapitulation of  letters “Aa”, “Bb”, “Cc”, “Dd”and strokes was also done.

Students did hands on activities by arranging beads and and group activity of picture  pasting in the letter Ee and also made an elephant cut out and given to students.

Upcoming activities/ HW: Firefly book.

KARADI PATH: students did and enjoyed Karadi path session 3 with power action and power music.

Subject: Art

Activities done this week: Students made national bird of india “Peacock” through paper folding technique using tri colours of the flag. This was done for the upcoming independence day celebration.   

Subject: P.E-

Activities done this week: students did jumping Activity in ladder through which students will develop their gross motor skills and balancing themselves.

Music: Students enjoyed enacting on nanha munna rahi hu.

Note: 13 August students will do show and tell activity(talking about their favourite toy).

         17 August students will have splash day (playing in water). Please send one pair of           

          dress with a towel and it should be labelled.
