Weekly lesson report: 8 Date:  30-7-2018 to 3- 8-2018         Class: C2 A

Subject: Learner Profile            

Activities done this week: The learner profile attribute we focused this week

was reflective. Students who are REFLECTIVE know what they are good at

and what they’re not. The try to think about these things, and they make

changes where they can. They give thoughtful consideration to their own

learning and consider their personal strengths and weaknesses in a

constructive manner.

Upcoming activities / HW: The learner profile attribute  Balanced ‘will be

focused next week.

Students who are BALANCED are healthy and are aware that eating properly

and exercising is important in their lives. They understand that it is important to

have a balance between the physical and mental aspects of their bodies.

They spend time doing many different things.
How can parents help to develop students who are well-balanced at

home?
o Encourage your child to participate in a wide variety of structured

activities.
o Too much time in front of the computer or television is obviously not

desirable, but all kids need to do a variety of things like reading, drawing,

exercise and outdoor and indoor play also.

Activities done this week: Students demonstrated their understanding

about LOI 3 in FA 3,

Students learned counting 2 digit numbers using abacus, did addition with

2 digit numbers.

Upcoming activities/ HW: Solve the addition sums in  Math note book.

Viewing & Presenting:

Listening & Speaking: Students listened to the stories

in the read aloud sessions.

Reading: Read self selected stories and short passages.

Writing: Students did comprehensions, read the passages and answered

the questions.

Upcoming activities/ HW: Hw given in english note book, assessment

in punctuations will be taken next week.
