Activities done this week: IB Learner Attribute Thinker was focused

to enhance thinking skill about the application of principles in machines.

Upcoming activities / HW: IB Learner Attribute thinker would be

focused to develop thinking skills.

Subject: Unit Of Inquiry

Topic: Simple Machine

Lines of Inquiry:

• The principles and types of simple and compound machines
• Inventions which use the principles of simple machines
• The application of simple machines in our lives

Activities done this week:

Students wrote their FA1. compare any two simple machines and definition,

examples, non-examples and its principle.

Students learn how simple machines are useful in our daily lives.

Students make ideas for the definition of “Invention” and it has significance.

Upcoming activities/ HW:

Worksheets given.

Write 10 inventions and their inventors.

Activities done this week:

• The Topic: Angles with its importance and usage in daily life

  was discussed.

• Identification of Types of Angles was made to practice.
• Activity based on angles to understand the concept was practised.
• Measuring and drawing different types angles was made to practice.

• Activity sheet on different types of angles given.

Grammar: Students learn about tenses and its three types.

Writing:

• Students write notes on definition, examples and make structures.
• Students practised writing informal letter.
• Students learnt about the comparison between Informal letter and

             formal letter.

Speaking:

Students speak about their favourite food in JAM session.

use likhaya masha allah bachcho ne apne apne sabq likhkar bataye or “ Activity Buield
